I gave it to someone else but they never used it so I don’t know what happened to it now

Changing skin color to match the tone of the character you cosplay helps to make it more accurate

It is not okay to change your skin tone to pretend to be another race outside of specifically cosplaying one individual

But unless a white person is darkening their skin to be “mexican sokka” complete with stereotypical equipment I don’t see the issue with wanting to reflect the cosplay more accurately

There is a difference between changing tone to look like a character, and changing tone for the sole purpose of appropriating a race [ The latter are easy to recognize if they change their demeanour or have race-specific props ]
